We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were top-notch. The location down an alleyway turned out to be quite safe and it was in close proximity to many attractions. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! the staff arranged airport pickup for us and even prepared meals when we were sick. the location is perfect for exploring, and we felt safe throughout our stay. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we loved the spacious bathrooms. the breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful roses. the attentive and helpful staff made us feel at home, offering assistance with maps, recommendations, and even tea/coffee when we were working late. A top-notch service!
The difficulty in finding parking nearby, but it's manageable if you use the designated Medina parking area. the rooms can be challenging to access with large luggage due to the size of the hotel.

A very good walue for the price. A little and cosy riad. Room was not big, but realy enought, and what was important for us - clean. To reach the main square takes about 15 minutes, but it is not hard to orientate as you go the big street. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is located down an alleyway which turned out to be quite safe but still felt a little intimidating at night time. during the day, it was a convenient location to explore the nearby sights and restaurants. It was a peaceful oasis away from everything that overwhelms you in Morocco. the room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, always attentive and helpful. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking, offering a serene atmosphere to relax.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit intermittent, which made it difficult at times to stay connected.

The Riad is beautiful and well design, cosy and nice. Eventhough, none of the staff could speak English well but they are trying to help. Value for money and the breakfast was excellent.
There was no hot water, a bit hot in my room but it was not too bad. The riad asked to keep our passports ( 4 of us) during we stayed which I found that was quite weird.I Have stayed in 3 places in Morocco and others didn't ask to keep passport just checked it. One of my friend lost his uk Visa page, we found out when we left the Riad.

Great price and beautiful decor, the room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was tasty and filling. The location was close to restaurants and shopping.
The toilet was not functioning properly and the staff were unable to fix it during our stay. The room was not well sound-proofed, so we could hear other guests making noise.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and the room was kept very nicely!
The smell of the toilet was pretty ordinary plus no wifi which the internet said it had.

Very friendly staff, lovely athmosphere, tea without limits, great breakfast!
Lack of intimacy in the rooms on the ground floor (no acustically)

this is exactly the riad we are looking for. out of the 3 riads we stayed, we like this one the most (others also good though). it is just great sitting inside the inner garden & enjoying the mint tea that they prepared for us in the evenning. on the day for check-out, we didnot expect any fancy breakfast as we had to leave very early - the staff got up even earlier, preapred and served us the fresh squeezed juice and warmed bread. Great stay, Superb staff!
we had to take turns and wait in between for shower as the hot water is a bit short for >1 person. I definitely not recommend the travel agency in hotel's guestbook, but ok, nothing to do with hotel.

Staff members were very nice, rooms were clean, nice breakfast
Lack of activities organized by the riad, lack of information about the city, the photos of the website might not match the place you will end up because there are two riads (Riad Dar Saba 1 and Riad Dar Saba 2). Both are very clean and central but Dar Saba 2 (no pictures) is not as beautiful as Dar Saba 1 (pictured)

The best part about our stay was the service of the staff, in particular Rashid. He was extremely nice and accommodating. The room was wonderful and romantic scattered in rose petals which was a great touch.
Our room was Sahara, on the ground floor, and although great, wasn't the most private. There is a huge ornate door to close the room but it didn't close properly and the bathroom 'door' was just a curtain.
